The final day of 2005, it's turning aound to be 2006 in a few hours. I wonder what was my feeling like this time last year. Maybe not so much exited about it...

Got 6 days off in the new year started from 30th until 4th Jan. But my feeling is like I need to study about my job. I purchased a couple of text books of trading, international materials procurement, and etc.. They are just piled up and abandoned on my desk. I will do that later on anyway, just go with the flow.

Today I went to Ushitake ski hill in Toyama by myself but soon after I started riding, I ran into my freind Rotta(picture above) there. During the time I was there, weather was fantastic. I've got tanned on my face and my lip is burning now. So sore..

My mom is cooking Toshikosi Soba for the supper now. I'm so starving. I can't wait.

明日から年末休暇。

12月25日（日）,　極楽スキー場　メンバー　yacchi, shin-chan, and omi

朝6時半に目が覚める。ヤッチに電話確認。7時半集合とのこと。また少し寝る。
電話で起きる。時間は7時半...足早に向かうが15分遅刻。
今日は晴天にも恵まれかなり満喫できた一日になった。テンションも上がり調子、
パウダーも金山ゲレンデは未開でおそらくうちらを含め4~5人しか入ってなかったと思う。
ゲレンデ中腹には数箇所に渡ってクレパスのような裂け目が点在。調子こいて
滑ってて穴に落に落ちそうになった。ヤッチは落ち系ジャンプで着地際、膝で顎を強打。
かわいそうに...　ま～でもボードに怪我は付き物。気をつけましょう。
オレもなぜか脛から流血してた。なにはともあれ楽しい一日でした。

Not being able to head up to Hakuba47 due to the crazy snow falling, I went to Ushitake ski hill with James yesterday instead. We tried some terrain park stuffs- table top, jib, ground tricks and bra bra... But unfortunately snow condition was getting screwed up and we had no choice but to stay at the ski lodge. After some rests at the ski lodge, I noticed my mobile phone was gone. Actually I totally gave up my phone' s coming out from that white out ski hill situation. Because my pocket where my phone should be was unzipped. Anyway we got down to the ski lodge at the bottom
to check if there was my phone somewhere there. With little hope I have, So luckily the lady who was cooking Takoyaki beside the chair we were sitting was keeping my phone. How nice to grab back a thing that was abandoned. I said ''thank you so much'' from bottom of my heart..

But we gave up snowboarding there. So blurry and I couldn't see the people on a slope. It might be too dangerous to go on in that condition. We had an another time so we decided to go to Aprecio and played pool there for 2hours and a half. It was quite a long time since I played pool last. It was so enjoyable and fun to play. I lost the game by 5-10 though..

I joined nabe party at Bon's place afterward. I tasted a fabulous gratin with some shrimps and lots of melty cheese . It was amazing. And main dish nabe- Japanesee traditional winter meal. We sat down around the table, once it was ready we bursted upon gulping and eating like a elephant. Chit chatted until 12 am and went home cos I needed go to work on Saturday.
Had a fun and spend nice time with them.

そして11月に受けたTOEIC の結果が先日届いた。

結果。過去３回全て同じスコアに終わった。進歩なし。虚しさだけが残る...
高いお金払ってTOEIC受けて同じスコアシートが3枚。いらん。
　
最近はボード行き始めたせいでお金の消費が激しい。1回,5000円として
毎週行って月8回, なんだかんだ使って5万～6万は使うなこりゃ。

会社のスケジュールがそのままなら2月からは中国へ1～2ヶ月。1月にもインド
行きの可能性。カレンダーでボードに行ける日を数えてみる。maxに 行ってあと
10回位かぁ。仕事だから割り切ろうと努めるが,何か煮え切らないものが...

さて今週は何処の山へ行こうか！？

It has been snowing heavily through the night and all day long today as well. It is quite rare to have this tons of snow before the new year. That's kinda weird..It usually starts snowing at the begining of Jan. I could check out a few leaves falling onto the ski slope which meant we had quite a forward winter this year.

Today I went to Gokuraku ski hill. I started to ride at 9ish am and finished at 1ish pm since I was so and deadly tired that I couldn't keep going any more. I bought a one day ski pass with 1000yen discount which was 3000yen and sold it to the skier who was going to start skiing at 1000yen. So I've got 1000yen cashed back. It was good deal. .

Anyway a thing happned on the way to my place. I was really careful for driving and following the track. I didn't notice I was getting speed on the bloody frozen road at that moment. My car tire was just a bit veered and I got uncontrolled. I grabbed a steering wheel strongly and tried to keep control. One oncoming car was showed up in my eyes and I was like shit.. I don't know how long did this hassle thing last. I guessed it was 5 or 6 seconds.. However in the end my car was stopped on sideways. The oncoming car driver was smiling toward me and I smiled back and raised my hand. I looked back the road where my car went into a skid and there was a long spiral skid mark. I should have taken that picture. Huu anyway my life was saved...

Hitting the snow and carving the vapor trail on the powdery ski slope that I could feel as if I would have
surf rided on the snow that always makes me feel great. I love snowboarding! I'd like to hang out at the ski hill as much as possible in this season. This is beacause I will have to take off to China for the job on Feb at least for a month and half and possibly to India after the new year also by business trip. So I am going to lose and miss the snow so much. It sucks though..

Anyway, today I went to nagareha ski hill in Gifu. Although most ski hills in Toyama has been opened for the seaon today and skiers could get free ski pass for celebrating the opening day. I don't know why we went there maybe for some reasons. We ran into another friends at the ski lodge and we were riding with four of us. The weather was not so bad, bit of hazy but snow condition was awesome. It was much easier for us to hit the powdery snow comparison to Toga we went last.

My new job is so so going well and I have been learning lots of stuffs. Not bad. The things is just I will miss the snowboarding when I am sent to China for the job. But I know I need to make progress, like getting a new job, pushing myself, experiencing new thing, doing business with foreigners and what??oh well I don't know but I wanna and am gonna try to enjoy what I do. Tomorrow comes and tomorrow goes. Time is flying so fast. So then I have a lots of things to do, life might not be long enough for me.

Woke up around 5 am and got a ring from my friend ''Yacchi'' that I was supposed to hit the road to Hakuba for snowboarding with. But we needed enough sleep so then we decided to go to Toga snow valley in Toyama instead that it would take us to get there within an hour.

The condition at the ski hill was pretty blurry but it wasn't so cold as I expected that was good. Only 2 chair lifts were opened for the public. The one was fast speed quad chair lift but it was really slow, and the other one was just short distance also slow chair lift.

The time we arrived was already noon. So alomost all ski slopes were already downhilled by the skiers. Even we tried to find out the powdery snow area, it was pretty hard to do so. But finally in the end my friend Yacchi managed to find out the awesome non-levelled area (the pictures shown above), we were so into it. We could eat quite a good powder snow and jump from the cliff to the thick snow landing spot.

We had a nice time today also after snowboarding. We headed up to Santoshi and tasted nice and mild curry and nan and then went to Onsen.

But only one bad thing that I had today was when I ate it at the ski hill, I hit my head so badly and got a bit concussion and twisted my neck. I will be suffering from it for next a few days. That's fine. Where will be next place? Should be Raichou next weekend!

''Tomorrow comes and tomorrow goes'' has just started right now. I am trying to keep my
blog as long as possible. Anyway nothing to write down for the time being, but I am planning
to hang out at ski hill on this weekend that I hope it will be toward Hakuba area as I know they have a good quantity of nice and thick snow even though Toyama doesn't. Hope that I can make it. I've always hung out and ride there for last a couple years and finished my snow season there on May. Have a crazy and easy ride in this season as well and eat it now and then.
